Petition to the Denver Broncos
Dear Pat Bowlen,
Those of us that have signed this petition feel strongly that one of the great traditions that the Denver Broncos' fans are known for is the chant of IN-COM-PLETE.
Alan Roach, the new stadium announcer, has stated that he believes the chant is less about the Broncos or the Broncos fans, and more about the previous announcer, and therefore is considering phasing out the chant. The two pre-season games at Invesco field lead us to believe he will follow through with his intention to eliminate or minimize the use of the IN-COM-PLETE chant.
The IN-COM-PLETE chant is part of the Mile High Magic. It has been talked about on talk radio, discussed on ESPN, included in the Madden football games. It has become a part of Denver Broncos football.
We respectfully ask you to consider the fans position on this great tradition, and instruct Mr. Roach to keep the tradition alive, rather than 'phase it out'.
